ASX RELEASE

Limeade Signs Three-Year Contract with Tyson Foods

SYDNEY, Australia and Bellevue, Washington. – 14 December 2022 – Limeade (ASX: LME, or the Company), an immersive employee well-being company that creates healthy employee experiences, today announces the signing of a three-year enterprise contract with Tyson Foods, an American multi-national food processing company.

Under the terms of the contract, Limeade will receive $5,011,200 over the three-year contract, representing Contracted Annual Recurring Revenue (CARR) of $1,670,400. Tyson Foods will offer Limeade to its 120,000 US-based employees. The platform is slated to launch in April 2023.
