On July 31, 2023, Trex Company, Inc. (Company) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2023, as previously furnished. Also, on July 31, 2023, the Company held a conference call to discuss financial and operating results. A transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
