On October 9, 2023, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference, announcing receipt of a Complete Response Letter from the United States Food and Drug Administration in regard to the Company’s supplemental new drug application for patisiran, an investigational RNAi therapeutic for the treatment of the cardiomyopathy of transthyretin-mediated (ATTR) amyloidosis.
