Wohlstadter, et al. (the "Brown Simpson Litigation") and Laurence Paskowitz vs. Samuel J. Wohlstadter, et al. (the "Paskowitz Litigation"). An appeal may be filed by the plaintiffs within thirty days after entry of judgment by the clerk of the court in this case.
