SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--First Republic Bank, a leading provider of private banking, private business banking and wealth management services, today announced that Todd Rassiger, who has 15 years of financial services experience, has joined First Republic Bank as Relationship Manager and Managing Director in its Business Banking group in Boston.
Rassiger will work primarily with nonprofit organizations, private equity and venture capital firms. He joins a growing team of business bankers and wealth management professionals at First Republic’s offices in downtown Boston and Back Bay.
For business banking clients, First Republic offers lending services, deposit services, foreign exchange, letters of credit, online banking, as well as business escrows, brokerage, securities custody, and cash management. Each of these services is customized to the specific needs of clients.

Earlier in his career, he worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and American Studies from Fordham University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Rassiger is founder and Board President of Strike Out Cancer, an Overseer of the New England Aquarium, and Advisory Committee Member of Harvard’s Taubman Center for State and Local Governments. Rassiger is former Board President of IMPACTboston. The Boston Business Journal named Rassiger to its list of “40 Under 40” in 2010.
