First Republic Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering by Selling Shareholders

SAN FRANCISCO--()--First Republic Bank (“First Republic”) (NYSE:FRC), a private bank and wealth management company, today announced the pricing of a secondary public offering of 13,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $31.75 per share. All of the shares in the offering are being sold by shareholders of First Republic, including certain members of First Republic’s management. In addition, the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,950,000 shares at the public offering price less the underwriting discount from the selling shareholders. First Republic will not receive any proceeds from the sale of common stock by the selling shareholders.
