NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jefferies today announced the appointment of James F. Parsley as a Managing Director in its Public Private Infrastructure group. Mr. Parsley is based in Denver and will join Managing Director Paul Kopsky in the expansion of the firm’s global infrastructure and project finance capabilities.

Mr. Parsley brings to Jefferies more than 18 years of fixed income capital markets experience and joins the firm from Ventras Holdings LLC, where he was a Co-Founding Partner. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and Director with Capmark Securities where he worked with the Global Project Finance group, structuring in excess of $10 billion in securities offerings. He received an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and a BA from the University of Virginia.
