MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Xcel Energy (NYSE:XEL) today declared regular quarterly dividends on all series of outstanding preferred stock, which are payable on April 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on March 24, 2011.
