EMCOR Group, Inc. Subsidiary Awarded Contract for Installation of Mechanical and Plumbing Systems at DaVita, Inc. Headquarters

NORWALK, Conn.--()--EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME), a Fortune 500® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure and facilities services for a diverse range of businesses, announced that its Trautman & Shreve subsidiary has been awarded a contract for the installation of mechanical and plumbing systems at the new headquarters for DaVita, Inc., located in Denver, Colorado.

Trautman & Shreve will be responsible for the complete installation of the mechanical/HVAC and plumbing systems in the 270,000 square foot, 14-story new headquarters facility for DaVita, a provider of kidney care services. DaVita expects to begin occupying the building in the second half of 2012.

The new DaVita building will be built to LEED Gold standards.
