On May 10, 2023, Clean Vision Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Clean-Seas, Inc. (“Clean-Seas”), had signed a Memorandum of Understanding dated May 10, 2023 with Laubros Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd (“Laubros”), related to Laubros delivering R&D research labs, warehousing, and pyrolysis facilities for Clean-Seas's Southeast Asia regional expansion.
