Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On June 5, 2023, John R. Kline, Chief Accounting Officer of CNO Financial Group, Inc. (“CNO” or the “Company”), informed the Company of his intention to retire effective December 31, 2023, after more than 30 years of service. He intends to remain with the Company through this date to support the transition.
