Stockholder Meeting Notice CONSOL Energy Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on May 9, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport, Earhart Room, 1111 Airport Boulevard, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15231, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations. The Board of Directors recommends a vote FOR all nominees, FOR Proposals 2 and 3 and every 1 YEAR on Proposal 4: 1. Election of Class I Directors. 2. Ratification of Appointment of Independent Auditor: Ernst & Young LLP. 3. Approval, on an Advisory Basis, of Compensation Paid to CONSOL Energy Inc.‘s Named Executive Officers in 2017. 4.
