Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On April 27, 2018, Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2018 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Stockholders voted as follows on the proposals presented for a vote, each such proposal which is described in more detail in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 30, 2018.
