On March 31, 2020, Xylem Inc. issued a press release withdrawing its financial guidance for the first quarter and full fiscal year 2020 due to the impact of COVID-19. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
