On March 27, 2020, John Flynn resigned, effective immediately, from his position as a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of GreenSky, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Flynn resigned from the Board to pursue other business opportunities and not as a result of any disagreement or dispute with the Company or with the Board.
