Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 2, 2021, Kevin Goldstein notified GreenSky, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intent to resign as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Company, effective February 28, 2021, to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Goldstein has agreed to provide the Company with executive consulting services following his departure. The Company also announced that Jennifer Russell, who joined GreenSky in March 2019 and who currently serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Credit Officer, will succeed Mr. Goldstein.
