Trend Innovations Holding Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2021 (the “Form 10-K”) within the designated timeframe. The Company has recently experienced unanticipated delays in compiling certain information from the third-party services providers necessary to complete its audit and to prepare a complete filing of its Form 10-K in a timely manner. The Company intends to file the Form 10-K within the fifteen (15) day extension period.
