Item 8.01 Other Events

On October 6, 2021, Know Labs, Inc. a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release that reported on its non-invasive platform technology, Bio-RFID^TM, comparing its clinical accuracy to FDA-cleared glucose monitoring devices that are currently available in the market. New tests show that the Know Labs Bio-RFID™ technology delivers blood glucose readings comparable to FDA-Cleared Devices. Please see the attached report at report.
