ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS
On March 24, 2022, Kari-Lyn Moore notified Envista Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) of her intention to resign as Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer of the Company effective as of April 22, 2022. Ms. Moore is resigning to pursue a new professional opportunity and her resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding financial disclosures, accounting matters, or other policies or practices. To assist in an orderly transition, Ms. Moore will continue to serve in her current role during the transition period.
In connection with Ms. Moore's resignation, Howard H. Yu, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer, will assume Ms. Moore's duties as principal accounting officer in addition to continuing to serve as Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer.
