Item 5.02
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On January 19, 2023, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of HyreCar Inc. (the “Company”) terminated the employment of Joseph Furnari and Michael Furnari, effective January 20, 2023. As previously announced in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 9, 2022, the Company had placed each of Joseph Furnari, the then Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Michael Furnari, the then Chief Business Development Officer of the Company, on an unpaid leave of absence beginning December 8, 2022.
 
In addition, on January 24, 2023, Joseph Furnari resigned from his position as a member of the Board, effective immediately.
