Rocket is a suite of research tools for insitutional investors.

Various features are in the process of being rolled out:
* Financial statements, which are both comprehensive -- around 10 years of data in many cases -- and detailed. Right now this includes income statements and balance sheets, but additional pieces of data are in the process of being added.
* SEC filings, delivered via a unique, intelligent interface enhanced by content from 4 proprietary databases.  10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy, and prospectus filings for over 28,000 companies have already been indexed, and Rocket is rapidly expanding its coverage to every document filed with the SEC.
For example: investor presentations, conference call transcripts, quarterly results, and Chapter 11 filings.
* Institutional ownership data, which currently comprises over 8.1 million individual security positions taken by over 4500 investment firms.
* Insider rosters, including all officers, directors, and 10% owners.

Why is Rocket a must-use investment research tool?
Rocket analyzes, categorizes, and describes the contents of SEC filings and other high-value documents to make researching and analyzing public companies a significantly faster, easier, and more efficient process.
* Determine which filings are worth reading at a glance. Everyday thousands of important disclosures and reports are filed with the SEC. These documents are undoubtedly the richest source of information made available to investors. Because the volume of documents is so substantial, however, it can be difficult for even the most dilligent individuals to keep up with. That's where Rocket steps in. By classifying and describing each filing made with the SEC, you can identify the subject matter of each one at a glance, and easily determine which filings are worth reading.
* Identify and research important business developments over time. Rocket's classification and categorization of each filing makes it easy for you to identify and research the various corporate developments that take place over time, such as management turnover, quarterly results, amendments to credit agreements, amendments to executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
* Locate specific documents or pieces of information with ease. Need to know the covenants attached to a company's revolving bank loan? Looking for the slides from a company's most recent investor presentation? Most recent conference call transcript? Rocket makes it easy to find all of these and much more.
