1. CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS."
While RDS strives to ensure that the information delivered through its web sites is accurate and reliable, errors may sometimes occur in the transmission and analysis of information.
RDS and its affiliates do not warrant or represent that the content included on any RDS web site is:

* free from technical inaccuracies or typographical errors; or
* free from changes or errors caused by third parties.
RDS does not represent or warrant that your access to any RDS web site will be free from interruptions, errors, computer viruses, or other harmful components, and RDS does not have a duty to update the content of its web sites or to ensure that such content is continuously available.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RDS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE (WHETHER ACTUAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHERWISE), INJURY, CLAIM, LIABILITY, OR OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER WHATSOEVER CAUSED BY, BASED UPON, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE A RDS WEB SITE (SUCH AS VIRUSES, OMISSIONS, OR MISSTATEMENTS) OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN SUCH RDS WEB SITE, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF PROFIT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RDS, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, or any person or entity involved in the creation, production, and distribution of the RDS web sites, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with any breach by you of these Terms of Use or resulting from, or in connection with, your use of the RDS web sites.
2. HYPERLINKS NOTICE.
RDS' web sites may link to sites not maintained by or related to RDS. Such hyperlinks are provided as a service to users and may not be sponsored by or affiliated with RDS' web sites or RDS. RDS has not reviewed any or all of the sites hyperlinked to or from its web sites and is not responsible for the content, products, services, advertising, or other matters presented in any other sites. These links are to be accessed at the user's own risk, and RDS makes no representations or warranties about the content, completeness, or accuracy of these links or the sites hyperlinked to or from its web sites. Access to, and use of, any affiliated or non-affiliated sites is subject to their own Terms of Use and privacy policies.
If a third party links to a RDS web site, it is not necessarily an indication of an endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, affiliation, joint venture, or partnership by or with RDS. In addition, if a third party has linked to a RDS web site, it does not imply that we are endorsing such web site or its products.
3. INFORMATION NOTICE AND PERMISSIBLE USE.
The content displayed on the RDS web sites is for your personal use only, and, except for such personal use, the content may not be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise) without the prior written consent of RDS. You may not engage in any commercial use of the content or derivative works from the content (e.g. through distribution of the content to third parties).
You are prohibited from using or permitting the use of materials obtained from any RDS web site: (a) to prepare an original database or a comparison to other databases that are sold, rented, published, or furnished in any manner to a third party; or (b) for the purpose of compiling, enhancing, verifying, supplementing, adding to, or deleting from any mailing list, business directory, or other compilation of information that is sold, rented, published, or furnished in any manner to a third party. You agree not to use the RDS web sites and their content in any manner whatsoever that violates applicable laws and regulations.
4. TRADEMARK NOTICE; COPYRIGHT.
The RDS web sites contain many of the valuable trademarks owned and used by RDS to distinguish its quality products and services. These trademarks and related proprietary property are protected from copying and simulation under applicable laws and are not to be used, reproduced or copied without the express written consent of RDS. The content of the RDS web sites includes copyright protected material owned by RDS and by third party contributors, and you must not remove any copyright notices or other proprietary notices from the content of the RDS web sites.

RDS reserves the right, for any reason and without notice, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend, or interrupt access, in whole or in part, to the RDS web sites, including its contents, features, and hours of availability.
7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLIERS.
Use of the content displayed on the RDS web sites is further subject to the terms and conditions of RDS' suppliers. US intraday stock quotes and volume data are provided by IEX and are subject to their terms of service: https://iextrading.com/api-exhibit-a.
8. LEGAL CLAIMS AND ENFORCEMENT.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the applicable federal laws of Canada, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within that Province, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Any legal action concerning these Terms of Use or the use of the RDS web sites must be brought within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises and must be brought only in either the provincial or federal courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.
9. SEVERABILITY AND INTEGRATION.
If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be determined to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE.
RDS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, and revisions. Accordingly, you should review these Terms of Use regularly.
